We partner with Construction Skills People, a National Construction Training provider with Training Academies across the UK, who access funding to offer training to unemployed individuals aged 19+ in various Construction disciplines.
We are dedicated to investing in local communities by prioritising local labour wherever possible, helping to drive regional economic growth and reduce barriers to employment. Through partnerships with training providers and industry bodies, we support skills development, apprenticeships, and upskilling initiatives to address skills shortages and create long-term career pathways.
We are a proud member of the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce. We work closely with local charities such as the Bedford Foodbank, Papworth Trust, Salvation Army, Keech Hospice and the Bedford Blues Foundation. We proudly and regularly participate in charity fundraising events, whether it’s for Macmillan Cancer Research, Brain Tumour Research, British Heart Foundation, Comic Relief or Children in Need to raising vital funds for smaller local charities.
