Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build Developer

We’re seeking a driven and organised Assistant Site Manager to join a respected residential developer, supporting the delivery of high-quality new build housing projects in Hanslope.

Working closely with the Senior Site Manager, you’ll help oversee the construction of new homes from inception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Maintain site records, conduct inspections, and manage snagging processes.
• Monitor health & safety compliance and promote best practices on site.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
