Bench Joiner – Heritage & Bespoke Workshop (Near Flitwick) Temp to Perm Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a specialist workshop near Flitwick, producing high-quality heritage, bespoke and restoration joinery.

You’ll be involved in a variety of workshop joinery, including windows, doors, staircases, and other bespoke or restoration-style pieces.

Working hours – Mon–Fri | 7:30am–4:00pm

Pay & Progression:

• £180–£190 per day whilst temp
• Role moves onto a salaried, employed position after the initial period
• Clear progression path, with the long-term aim for you to run the workshop, working directly beneath the Director

Responsibilities

• Solid experience with windows and doors (essential)
• An appreciation for, and experience in, traditional, heritage and bespoke joinery
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Motivated, reliable, and keen to take ownership of your work
• Willing to assist with pricing work when required
• Looking to become a key part of a small, driven team with big results
