We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of an £8m newbuild warehouse project in Rugby, UK. This role is the Number 1 on site, responsible for overall site operations and ensuring the project progresses safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing newbuild industrial or retail steel frame projects as the lead Site Manager
• Strong ability to oversee subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain progress reporting
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance

Essential Certificates:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
