Senior Site Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our most respected housebuilding clients. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a 65 unit development in a village location between Milton Keynes and Bedford. This project is currently at groundworks stage; our client are looking to recruit a Manager to take this project from this stage to completion.

This position plans to start on the 7th of October.

Responsibilities

Your role will include, but not limited to:

• Ensuring all health & safety/ISO procedures are followed.
• Working closely with the subcontractors and maintain quality control.
• Working closely with all members of the site delivery team; proactively driving communication and problem-solving.
• Organising & controlling the construction of development in accordance with the specification provided.
• Establishing good working relationships with utility companies to ensure timely connections.
• Prepare material take-offs and schedule deliveries.
• Working closely with the supply chain to adhere to all the site-wide rules that are implemented.
• Handing over the completed scheme to the client on time, to agreed quality standard and budget.

Qualifications

You MUST have:

• Minimum 5 years management experience working within the Residential New Build Sector.
• Experience running projects from inception to completion.
• SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid.
