Skilled Operative

Our client are a successful property construction and development company based in Bedfordshire, who specialise in creating bespoke elegant homes.

They require an experienced skilled operative to assist on one of their smaller developments focusing on 4 unique properties. This position is an immediate start.

Responsibilities

You will be required to:

• Perform general labouring duties
• Assist other trades
• Occasionally assist with pre-plastering
• Making good

Qualifications

• Own transport is essential
• Blue skilled CSCS card is advantageous, but tickets are not required – experience is
• 2x work related references are essential
